SKIPThis beautiful boy is a teenager known as Skip. He was saved in May 2022 from the Bowie, Texas kill pen. His savior and angel had hoped to get him recovered, and then ride him. However, Skip's past has not been kind to him, as with most kill pen horses - and he is no longer rideable, as he has navicular.
His owner states he is very easy to work with and handle, and through proper care and farrier work, they have successfully eliminated his pain, and have him comfortable. Skip's adoption fees are FULLY SPONSORED by his owner. Adopter will need to pick up from the boarding facility, or arrange for transport. As with all our babies, Skip is current on all parasite prevention, up-to-date on all proper vaccinations, and ready for his forever home! |
