Our History

Circle L Rescue is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 dog and horse rescue, federal EIN# 80-0725025. Visualizing a nonprofit to support our community's neglected and abandoned animals, our journey began in 2009 to provide sensible solutions. We officially became what we are today in 2011 and obtained our 501c3 status in 2019! We've grown considerably since then, all thanks to the generous helping hands of our community!
While we are a very small rural rescue located in Northeast Oklahoma, we have developed a nation-wide network of rescue partners - allowing our babies to be adopted anywhere within the United States! Our team of all volunteers work around the clock to save helpless animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment. We are well-known in our area for rescuing slaughter-bound horses to rehabilitate them and place them into lifetime homes. |
